Custom printed after proof approval.
Hardcover books are printed on demand after the customer approves the proof or after any applicable auto-approval window.
Production Timing
Production begins after proof approval. Every hardcover book is generated, reviewed, and printed individually so each one feels personal and memorable. Because of that, the production step cannot be rushed.
Customers receive order, proof, production, and shipping updates by email as the order moves through the process.
Shipping Options
Included economy shipping is available for print orders. Expedited shipping may be offered when supported by the print provider and destination.
- Included Economy Shipping: estimated delivery in 10-15 business days after proof approval.
- Expedited Shipping: estimated delivery in 6-10 business days after proof approval.
Tracking
When tracking is available from the print provider or carrier, we email the tracking information to the customer.
Address Issues
Customers should review their checkout shipping address carefully. If an address needs correction, contact support as soon as possible before the order enters print production.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If a shipment is damaged, missing, or has a carrier issue, contact support with the order number, photos if applicable, and the tracking details.
