What We Keep

We keep the parent or purchaser email, order history, product purchased, payment status, and order status.

Temporary Child Data

Child name, age, preferences, notes, and optional photo are temporary production details. They are used to generate the cover, story, proof, digital book, and print-ready files, then deleted after fulfillment or expiration.

Photos

Photo upload is optional. Customers should upload only a photo they have permission to use. If a customer does not want to upload a photo, they can use appearance details instead.

Service Providers

We use service providers for checkout, email, AI generation, hosting, database storage, and print fulfillment. These providers process information only as needed to operate the order flow.

Optional Advertising Measurement

With the visitor's permission, we use Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, and TikTok Events API to understand whether an ad led to a page visit, customization step, checkout, or purchase. We may send campaign tags, advertising click or browser identifiers, purchased product type, order value, and a securely hashed purchaser email for matching. We do not send child names, child photos, appearance details, preferences, dedication text, or story content to advertising platforms.

Visitors can decline optional measurement in the website notice. Declining does not prevent creating or purchasing a book.

Support Requests

If a customer contacts support, we use the email, order number, and message details to respond and resolve the request.

Deletion Requests

Customers can contact support for help with temporary child-data deletion, digital link issues, or privacy questions.
