Refund and revision policy
Proof approval keeps the process clear.
Every order receives a digital proof before print production. Customers can approve the proof, request a limited revision, or request a refund before the book moves to print.
Before Proof Approval
A refund can be requested from the proof review page before print production begins. We review refund requests as quickly as possible.
Revision Limit
Beta orders include up to 2 revision requests. Revisions should be spelling/name corrections, small preference changes, gentle story concerns, or obvious visual issues.
What Revisions Do Not Cover
Revisions do not include unlimited rewrites, a completely new story concept, unsafe content, copyrighted characters, unrelated product changes, or requests that would violate the product guidelines.
After Proof Approval
Once a proof is approved and a print order has entered production, refunds or cancellations may no longer be possible because the personalized book is custom made.
Print or Shipping Problems
If a printed book arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the approved proof, contact support with the order number and photos so we can review the issue.
